Whether you're returning for another exciting year in blue and white or looking to join Actonians WFC for the first time, we can't wait to welcome you to the club.

This season we plan to enter six youth teams in the Capital Girls League, providing football opportunities for girls from Under 9 through to Under 18 in a fun, supportive and player-focused environment.

Register Your Place

All players, both new and returning, must complete our online registration form to secure their place for the new season.

Once you have submitted your registration form, please also email the following documents to actoniansgirls@gmail.com:

A recent headshot photograph of the player (new players and returning players if requested)
Proof of age (new players only – passport or birth certificate)

Squad Places

To ensure every player has the best possible opportunity to train, develop and enjoy match football, each squad has a maximum capacity.

Priority will be given to returning players. Once squads are full, new players may still be invited to train with the team or join a development squad, although match-day opportunities cannot be guaranteed and will remain at the discretion of the team coach.

New Player Trials

All new players must attend a trial before being offered a place within a match-day squad.

This may be through:

One of our scheduled trial events, or
Two invited training sessions where players will be assessed by the coaching team on their technical ability, attitude and overall fit within the squad.

More Than Just League Football

Alongside our competitive league teams, we also offer football opportunities for girls and women of all abilities:

Wildcats (Ages 5–11)
Perfect for girls taking their first steps into football in a fun, welcoming environment.

Development Squad (Ages 12–14)
Designed for players who are new to the game or looking to develop their skills outside of league competition.

Senior Teams (18+)
We also run three senior women's teams offering competitive football for adult players.

Qualified Coaches & Safeguarding

Player welfare is at the heart of everything we do.

Every team is led by at least one fully qualified coach who holds:

FA Introduction to Coaching Football qualification
Current FA Safeguarding Children certification
Current FA First Aid qualification
Enhanced DBS clearance

Registration Fees 2026–27

Our annual subscription fees for the new season are:

U9 & U11 - £300
U13 - £325
U14, U16 & U18 - £350

Fees can be spread across instalments using our secure Stripe payment system. An invoice will be issued once your registration has been approved.

Important Deadline

Returning players should submit their registration by Monday 31 August 2026.

Registrations received after this date may not be processed in time for the opening league fixtures.

Before You Can Play

Players will only be eligible to represent the club in league fixtures once:

Their registration has been approved
All Code of Conduct forms have been completed
Club fees have either been paid in full, or a payment plan has been agreed and the first instalment received
